Organizational chart in Word 2000

Kim

I have a user who created an organizational chart in Word
98 at home, and now is trying to open in at work in Word
2000. She can actually open the file, but when she clicks
on the chart to modify it she gets an error message "There
isn't enough memory available to read MS Org Chart." Any
ideas?

TIA

Hi Kim,

There may be too many files on the PC. The design of
the OrgChart Add-in is pretty old :) The information
on this page may help,
http://rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00023.htm
or you can upgrade to the newer version from http://orgplus.com

The OrgChart Add-in was dropped by MS after Office 2000
and replaced by a limited built in option that
uses autoshapes for orgcharts.
