I am doing an Organizational Chart for over 250 people. I have the
organizational chart information from using the Org Chart Wizard imported
from a Database. All of the information is correct on the pages I want them.
Question 1: How can I get the "Staff" under the manager listed to be listed
alphabetically or do I have to move them around each time I
"update"/"refresh" monthly when the Org changes?
Question 2: I also seem to have to link each shape as well after placing
the information from the Database (shouldn't this already be linked?) I have
to go into Behavior/Link to Database when double clicking and then when i do
double click on the shape I have to change the values of some of the fields.
Like "Reports To"
field I have to set as Key: Yes and then go back in and specify who they
report to even though they were listed that way from inserting from the
Database. Does this happen due to the primary key not being correct in the
database?
Question 3: How can I make sure when adding a person or removing the person
from the database that when I go into the Org Chart it will update correctly?
I have had to select all on a page and hit refresh. But this does not work
it only updates CHANGES to a field not the adding or deleting of a record
from the database.
