I
Isle of Capri IS
Hello and thank you for taking the time to review this
post. I have been working with this issue for about two
weeks now and I need some assistance. A good description
can be gathered by previouseKnowledge Base article
numbers. I have tried these solutions but none worked.

NOTE: * Denotes the best description. The other article
are some that I have tried to use to fix the issue.
We are running Novell as our network client and base.
Windows 2000 Professional is the OS of choice. We have
logged in as the administrator and everything works fine.
If we log in as the user it gives an 'Unable to load MS
Organization Chart, Press F1 for help.' error. Again I
have tried the areticle 189692 to solve it but to no
prevail. We have come to the conclusion that it is a file
rights issue. Doing further research I have found that the
MSOPREP.232 and the MSOCLIP.323 needed to have thier
rights to be controlled by everyone. Tried that as well.
Also when I try to paste the MSOCLIP.232 file to the WINNT
folder it disappears when the user logges out and back in.
If we allow the user to have full access to the WINNT
folder it would work. But it is not our corporate standard
to allow the user to have full access. If theer are any
other files and or registry entries that need to be
changed, their rights changed, or any other solution
please email me at:
(e-mail address removed)
or you could even call me at:
(318) 678-7492
Thank you for reading my post and please if you have any
questions or solutions please email me or call me.
Thank you
