If you're using the Insert=>Diagram=>Org Chart tool in Word 2002 or 2003 a new diagram opens with a default of two levels, with a
top (superior) level and four 'coworkers' on the 2nd level. Adding a shape from the top level creates an additional coworker on the
2nd level. To create an 'in between' level one method in a new diagram would be to select and delete 3 of the four coworkers on the
2nd level, then select the remaining item of the 2nd level and then add your subordinates from there.
