I got a Word document with an organizational chart in it,
but if i go to print it, all the pages except the one with
the chart on it print out. It doesnt even show up in print
preview.

This is surely a printer issue. Either it's not capable of printing
graphics, a flawed, driver, or something like that. Try another
printer, or see if there is an updated driver for this printer from the
manufacturer's web site.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

Its not a printer issue because its being printed from a
network printer and several other people can print the
document with no problem from the same printer.
Thanks anyway!

Then I would suspect the printer driver on your machine. The printer
driver controls both printing and print preview. Un-install, then
reintall this printer.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

Is an organizational chart considered to be a "Drawing object"?
If so, then maybe the option to include Drawing objects in the printed
document is unchecked.

Check it out in Word:
File\Print...\Options.......

Hi Beth.

That and every other option has been compared to other
people with same doc and no probs and they've all been
checked the same. Thanks anyway. I've gone through a lot of
options and checked them all before i logged in here so
its not really an obvious one thats causing the
problem.I'm gonna try reinstalling the printer
diver...will get back to ya!

When it says "re-use existing driver" (or something like that), say "no"
and re-load a new driver.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
