Organizational Charts and Newsletters

I am new to using XP Professional. I need to build
organizational charts for four different departments, and
I am asking if XP offers any template for org charts, or
whether any one can suggest a format for this. I used to
use Lotus 123 for this task.

Also, my office would like to start publishing a
quarterly newsletter. How do I get into templates for
such, if there are any?

There are newsletter templates in the Office Template Gallery, but they're
mostly garbage. You might get some interesting layout ideas, but you'd do
better to create your own template.

As for org charts, Word 2002 has a "diagram" feature on the Drawing toolbar
that includes organizational charts.
