Organizational Charts linked with ACCESS

I would like to create an access database with all the employees information
and upload it into VISIO 2002 and link it with the data from access. Is this
possible and easy to do. I have a file with name and who they report to.
Please advise

You might want to check out this feature if you haven't already:
Tools >> Macros >> Organization chart >> Organization chart wizard

Starting on the second page of the wizard, get detailed help by clicking
the "?" in the lower left corner.

Jay,
I think I figured it out. It took some time working with the data but I just
needed to assign a shape to my data and when I used the wizard and connected
with the ODBC database it linked correctly for me.
