Organizational Charts

I would for a large branch of the government. We have approximately 180
employees. Do you recommend Vison to create Org charts (need to be one page)
for a branch that has so many employees. If not, do you know what the best
program to use would be?

one of the general rules of thumb for working with knowledge workers is to
keep the number of data points on a chart to less than twenty. Can you put
180 people on a single page, probably not if you still want to read it?
