organizational charts

when I click on the organizational chart icon, bring it up and choose the
standard
format (the one in the upper left corner) it comes up just fine. One single
box connected to 3 below it. I want to add a box on TOP OF the single box but
can't seem to figure it out. Suggestions welcomed.

I don't think you can add a new box above the top level, but you
can add a new subordinate, and then demote the three existing
subordinates.
