Hi Donna,
The Orgchart utility in MS Office Powerpoint is
available in Word and Excel as well. MS Office Visio
is the extended facility application for organization
charts and can create the charts from a database file.
There are a number of 3rd party products available including
the updated version of the one that used to be in
MS Office,

For Office XP and 2003 you can download and use the
old Office 4 thru Office 2000 version of that Blue Banner
(now Human Concepts) Org chart application through
http://office.microsoft.com/downloads
=========Is there a Microsoft product other than PowerPoint &
Visio that can be used to create and manage
organizational charts easily? I am have not been able to
locate any besides these 2.
