Organizational Forms Library structure

Can forms in the Organizational Forms Library be displayed
hierarchically? Some kind of folder tree? I don't care how they're
stored, just want to be able to display in a nested way.

It supports a category/subcategory view, based on the information from the (Properties) page for each form.
