Organizaton Chart

Anyone know how to change the sizes of the individual boxes in an
organization chart? I need the top (CEO) box to be larger, get smaller as
you go down the line, etc... I can not figure out how to do it and that's
the way the boss wants it done.

Can anyone help?? I need this done asap!

Open the organization chart object. Turn off AutoLayout on the
Organization Chart toolbar. Resize individual boxes as desired.

And to speed things up...

Select a shape on one Level then use the Select button on that same toolbar
so you can resize all the shapes on that Level at once to make sure they're
the same size.
