Organize tool

Here's an interesting issue. I was showing one of my users how he can color
code a message by using the Organize tool. (Ex. John Kight will appear in
Red). After we applied this rule, all fonts on all email rows in this users
InBox changed to a smaller font and not only were John Kight's email red but
so were other emails with a "John" in them. When we tried to reset his
InBox's fonts, we were successful except for the "John" emails. Is this a
reported bug? Is there something I can do to get these emails back to normal.
We re-checked the organize settings and they were set up properly as far as I
can tell. Any help on this as soon as possible would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

The Automatic Formatting settings that the Organize tool uses are available under View | Arrange By | Current View | Customize Current View.
