Organize with Colors Problem

Using Outlook 2003.

I have "Messages sent only to me now appear Blue" turned on. Had been
working for the past 2 years with no problems.

For some other problems I was encountering, I had to Reset my current
view. I turned "Messages sent only to me now appear Blue" back on. It
works fine now, unitl I change folders or exit Outlook. It seems to
forget the settings and I have to turn it on everytime I come back into
my Inbox folder or re-login into Outlook.

Any idea what might be happening? The settings don't seem to be saved.

Reset the view again through View-> Arrange By-> Current View-> Reset
Current View

Close and restart Outlook and add the Automatic Formatting rule again.

Tried that nothing happened. Still the same problem.
