Organizer Copy problems

Hi

I am opening a new document from a template, from a ASP.net webpage. My problem is that when I copy my custom form from the template to the document, using the OrganizerCopy method, I keep getting a error message saying that the file was not found. I've tried explicitly giving a source and destination, but that didn't work.

Can someone please help me?
