Organizer Error Code 0x80070003

When trying to download clip art I get the above error code with a
description of "Clip Organizer cannot find the file. The system can not find
the path specified".
I have tried repairing my office installation and also have tried
re-installing the Clip Art options from the Office Installation CD.

What version Windows are you using? What version Office? Did you do the detect
and repair found in the Clip Organizer application?
Have you cleared your temporary cache? In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, Delete.

Hi Mary,

I am using Windows Vista Ultimate and running Office Professional 2007. Yes
I did th edetect and repair from Clip Organizer application but I have not
cleared the temporary cash yet.

If you still have issues after you clear your temporary cache, rename your
Mstore10.mgc to Mstore10.old This will cause the Organizer to create a new
catalog. The file is in a folder similar to this (hidden):
C:\Users\<<user name>>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Clip Organizer

Look at your firewall settings to be sure you are letting Office open the Clip
Art site.
