Organizer Not Shown when iCalendar File is Imported

Hi,

After I import a file in iCalendar format into Outlook 2003 where can I see
the organizer's name and mail id in the Calendar. As of now I cant find, also
I when I change the time and press Save, I am not being prompted for the time
change request to be sent to the organizer
