Organizer shows up in calendar view (beta 2)

We use a public calendar to manage a group schedule, and I need to have a
hard copy. When I try to use the view I had used in OL 2003 the orgainizer
information shows up in each appointment. How do I either remove the
organizer information or make it not show up in the calendar view. I'm
pretty stuck here, any help would be appreciated.
