Organizing contacts for iPhone Sync

Is there anyway to create folders in Entourage so that I can separate
Clients for Personal. When I sync with my iPhone all contacts come across
into one folder. I have been able to do this in Outlook by creating
subfolders in contacts and when I sync my iPhone and then have my contacts
separated. I can¹t seem to figure this out with Entourage.

P.S. I¹m a new Mac user.
