Guess I need a recommendation on how to do what I need or
what software already does it.
I installed Business Contact Manager and it was every bit
as fickle and difficult as you said it would be (Sue). I
had to pull it off because it also crashed ALOT. I'm
still stuck with the dilema of creating contacts by
Account and then housing the individual Contacts within
the Account. Is there a way to do this within
Outlook??? Really liked BCM's form for Accounts. I
needed to make a couple of additions. My company can not
afford the full CRM upgrade but I need this kind of
flexibility. I'm hoping you will go out on a limb and
mention one or two companies that offer the flexibility
to plug-in to Outlook, allow Account creations, and allow
modification by all users on a network. Also need to be
able to customize a form and create a print version of
that form.
Is there something in Outlook that I am missing that
would allow me to do this?
