Organizing inbox

I was just upgraded to Office 2010 at work. I had email settings which allowed me to group a subject and within the group they would be sorted by datewith the most recent at the top. Further when ever a new email came in with the same subject line it brought the entire group to the top of the inbox..
I can't seem to get that arrangement back. Suggestions?
