How do I organize pages from multiple sections?

If not sorting, could you expand on what you mean by organize?

I want to take pages from various sections of my notebook and put them in
order so I can write from them. Like using 3x5 note cards ,quoting various
books, and organizing them to write a term paper.

Sorry, I still do not really understand what you are after :-( :-(

Just based on vague assumptions:
You could move the pages to just one section and sort theme there (using
the sorting PowerToys named by David) or manually sort them to your
needs.

Or you could leave the pages where they are, create hyperlinks to the
relevant paragraphs and insert those in a page used for collecting the
references.

And perhaps the "Table of Contents" PowerToy [1] might be of use for
you.
