Organizing the document stencil

Since the document stencil is the way to not get confused with the all shapes
and its properties I wonderded if there is a way to organize this stencil. I
am creating a large organization diagram and so there are a lot of shapes and
in order to not be lost in all the shapes I wonderded if its maybe possible
to work with folders... or is there another way?

thnx a lot in advance....

I'm not sure why a lot of shapes in a drawing would imply that there would
be a lot of master shapes in the document stencil. Presumably you are using
the same six Organization Chart master shapes over and over.

There is not much you can do to organize the document stencil, but you can
drag master shapes around to reorder them if you like.

Hi Guido,

I think the drawing explorer (view/drawing explorer) yields the best result
as organisational unit for your shapes
It gives you the shapes by name , the subshapes it entails and the layer it
is on
