OrgChart child order

when dropping a shape on a "parent" shape, its order is fixed.
Can I rearrange the order of child shapes?

Or is the order of dropping the only way to influence the arrangement?
My goal is to show subordinates like this:

1.1 | 1.2 | 1.3 | 1.4
