Orgchart, unable to insert new shape

Howcome I'm unable to edit the orgchart I inserted in my document some
months ago. The toolbar is available but all selections are "dimmed", so
nothing is available to me. It seems to me that Word converted the chart
into one big object. Does this mean, that if I have to insert a new
subordinate or whatever in the chart, I have to start all over again???

Hi Allan,

Did you, by any chance, save this document to another file format (RTF or
Word 6/95, for example)? Or might it have been opened and saved in an
earlier version of Word?
