orgcharts - how to display more than 2 fields

I'm creating org charts from Excel data using the Visio
Orgchart Wizard. I find it frustrating that the Wizard
only allows for the display of 2 fields. Is there a
solution that would allow me to display more than 2 fields
in each box? It's nice to be able to view Custom
Properties with a simple r-click, but this doesn't help
when asked to provide paper copies of the info. Any help
would be appreciated - S.

You didn't mention what version of Visio you have, but in Visio 2002 and
Visio 2003 you can display more than two fields in the org chart shapes. One
of the wizard screens asks what data fields you want to display on your
shapes. I'm not sure if it was possible in versions prior to 2002.
