Is it possible to change from landscape to portarit when using word 2003
calendar templates, with losing edges? Would appreciate any help.

Yes. Insert a section break before and after. Change the orientation for
that section only.

Thank you for a very prompt reply JoAnn, however, I don't think I explained
what I want properly. I actually want to produce, and print, the actual
calendar in Portrait orientation, all the templates (for word 2003) are in
landscape mode, when I select portrait, I lose the edges of the calendar. If
you have any other suggestions I would be most grateful.

That;s a different critter. You're going to have to either select a
different template or tweak the bejeebers out of a landscape calendar to
make it fit. It's not something that will change dynamically.

OK, thanks for your help JoAnn, I can't select a different template because
they're all landscape for office 2003. I'll just have to try tweaking and
see what comes out.
Thanks again

Start with a template you like and change the columns widths to fit. And
then save it so you don't have to do this all over again next year. ;-)
