Thank you for a very prompt reply JoAnn, however, I don't think I
explained
what I want properly. I actually want to produce, and print, the actual
calendar in Portrait orientation, all the templates (for word 2003) are in
landscape mode, when I select portrait, I lose the edges of the calendar.
If
you have any other suggestions I would be most grateful.

Yes. Insert a section break before and after. Change the orientation for
that section only.
