orientation of text in spreadsheet cell

How do you change the direction of the text in a spread
sheet cell to read vertically? Excel has that option, but
Windows XP's Works Spreadsheet does not. Is it called
something else or is the option just not there? Thanks

Right click the toolbar area, a list appears giving you a selection of
toolbars to appear. choose word art at the bottom of the list. this toolbar
has the text effects you are looking for.
