ORM + Export to Database problems

G

Guest

Hi!

what I am trying:

With reverse engineer I make a ORM (Source Model) diagram of my existing SQL
database...
I change with ORM one Object.
How I can now update my existig database with that changes that I make in
visio?
Is anywhere a tutorial availible to see how to do it?

The ability to change a database from your diagram is only supported in the
Enterprise editions of Visio and not in Visio Professional. Do you have
Visio 200X Enterprise or Enterprise Architect?

I don't have Visio EA installed myself, but there should be a database
menu...browse through that and look for anythign that say's Update or
export.

If you don't see the menu, then you may not have used the right template...
