OS XP Pro, Office Pro 2003, Bamboo Tablet

If I download OneNote2007 will I be able to use my Bamboo to make hand
written notes and store them like a soupoed-up post-it note? It looks like
people might be having problems with non-Vista, non-TabletPC systems.

Can anyone be more clear about handwritten notes with a Bamboo with a system
like mine?
