After upgrading office 2000 to XP, the shortcuts "New Office Document" and
"Open Office Document" does not work anymore.
Each time I open or create a new document using them, nothing happens.
Except an enty "osa.exe" appear in the process page of Task Manager.

I tried to reinstall and repair Office XP, but don't help.


Anyone got an idea?
