OSB - shortcutbar

Office2k, win2k, both updated
The Office shortcut bar has stopped opening some, not all, office
apps/templates
eg Open Office Document/select doc, fails, however from My Documents they
all open fine
No err msgs, just no response, no freeze, OSA9.exe shows in running
applications.
I have repaired Office, uninstalled and reinstalled OSB, deleted OSB
shortcuts and recreated all to no avail.
Any other thoughts/suggestions?
