OST file size compared to Exchange

[Confused]

Hi,

Running a mix of outlook 2003 & 2007 connecting to a single Exchange 2003
SP2 server. however a few users have small OST files circa 150mb yet Exchange
reports MBX of 200MB for the same user, why is this? and how do I get the
file sizes to synch?

It all depends what is included in their cache file. You can configure which
folders are being cached via;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Setup-> button Send/Receive-> button Edit
