OT Sort Of. Mass Emailing via 3rd party.

Can anyoen recommend any good programs I can buy to handle Mass Emailing? My association has about
3700 members and we want to save money by sending out our newsletter via email isntead of paper. It
would need to support HTML emails, mail merging to pull the name into the email, and that's about
it.

Any suggestions would be great.
