OT- Watched Threads in Mozilla

Larry

I use Mozilla 1.6 and frequently set to "W" threads I want to monitor.
Invariably when I check the NG the next day the "watched threads" are
not indicated anywhere even thought they are still active. Is this a
reported Mozilla newsreader problem?

I gave up on using the mozilla email for the newsgroup reader because of
the fact that it places the signature on the very bottom of the post rather
than underneath my comment.

In my opinion the newsreader is the weakest link in the otherwise very good
mozilla suite.

IMHO just use outlook express for newsreader.

To the best of my knowledge the current version of Mozilla
(1.6) will be the last of that developement, and they will
be concentrating instead on Firefox for the web and
Thunderbird for the email & news. I use both products and
like both of them, however there is much room for growth in
TBird.

I can make it either top or bottom post (it's a little hidden) but
regardless of which the sig always goes to the extreme bottom of the entire
thing. I didn't struggle any more after I found that annoying thing. ;-)

Agreed about Tbird. I use it exclusively at home, but there's still
something intangible about the interface that I don't like. OE has a much
cleaner feel for some reason. But I continue to use if, for no other
reason, to keep away the OE-specific nasties. :)

Thanx for all the feedback. Does Tbird integrate with Moz 1.6 or must it
be used separately?
