OT Work

Hi Erik,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You can't :( All you can do is to input the total amount of overtime for
each task (see at my series of Microsoft Project lessons in the TechTrax
ezine, particularly #13 - Costs, and look for Overtime, at this site:
http://tinyurl.com/2xbhc (Perhaps you'd care to rate it before leaving the
site, :) Thanks.)

However, I would strongly advise against planning overtime at all, whether
flat or contoured. The ability to work overtime is one of the very few
options project managers have to recover from the inevitable delays that
will occur and overtime is very important in this role. If you plan
overtime from the start, you've nowhere to go!

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: <http://www.mvps.org/project/>

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :))
