Other aspect with received e-mail from outlook 03.

Hi,
Beside the fact for each e-mail I received, I have to do a right click to
open the following: Display as HTML… when this part is done depends what I
receive I have to right click again on one of those red multiplication signs
to Download Pictures...
This is truly annoying. I would like to have my received e-mail display with
all ingredients in. How can I set up those two aspects permanently?
