We have Outlook 2007 (Office 2007 Professional) installed on both
Vista and WinXP around the office. All of them have suffered from this
minor, but annoying problem.
We have a public folder with contact items named Firm Contacts. To provide a
quick link to this folder, I add the public folder to their favorites
and it shows up in the Other Contacts tab on the left.
Sometimes (and this happens about once or twice a week out of 12 PCs)
the link disappears. You have to go click on the favorites again to
get it to show up again.
Does anyone know how to keep this from happening? Is there a better
way to ALWAYS get this folder to show up under the 'Other Contacts' tab?
