Other people's appts. in my calendar.

I have a problem with some of my co-workers appointments showing up on my personal calendar. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of them? I am currently using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003, however, this is a caryover from Outlook 2000. I don't know what version of Exchange was used before 2003.
