Other Projects and Commitments

I am using Proj Pro/Server 2007. A few of my enterprise resources are
showing that they have "Other Projects and Commitments" in the
Resource Usage view, however they definitely do NOT have commitments
on other projects. Also, I cannot expand the Other Projects line
(clicking on the "+")_for these particular resources. Other resources
with legitimate assignments in other projects are showing up properly
and I can expand the + to see where else they're allocated.

This is causing me difficulty in leveling these resources. Has anyone
encountered this problem before, and can you give some advice on an
easy way to clean up the problem?
