Other User's Folder Opens in Minmized state

I have a user that every time she opens the other users
folders, it opens in a minimized state in the middle of
her screen. I have maximized the calendar & closed out of
Outlook (2000). It still does the same thing no matter
how many time it is maximized and closed. I have also
removed her profile & uninstalled Outlook. Does anyone
know how to resolve this issue? I'm stumped!!
