Other User's Folder

I have ONE user who is on Windows XP Pro and Outlook 2003 that is configured
for Exchange client (2003 Enterprise Server). All other users are same and
fine, this ONE user's problems just started happening today.

She has access to 2 Manager's Contacts and Calendars via Other User's
Folder. If she goes to Contacts, she is able to see her Contacts, and that of
the 2 Managers. However, she is also able to see Their Calendars just below
the Contacts. It should not be there. It should only be visible in the
Calendar view. When I right click and try to Delete/Remove that option is
either not there or grayed out.

I created a new Outlook profile thinking the profile is corrupt, but it
happened on the new Profile as well.

Help.

Thanks,
Manny

did you delete the old profile and make a new profile of the same name?
This problem is usually caused by a corrupt navigation pane XML file and
making a new profile of the same name would use the old profile's navigation
pane xml.

Try restarting outlook with the /resetnavpane switch.
