other users mailbox

I have assigned permissions to another users mailbox so the staff person can
read all incoming mail, and respond to it. The problem is when they reply it
shows their name and not the name of the mailbox like I wan it to. What do i
need to do so it will show the reply as being sent from the other users
mailbox.

Ex. My mailbox is ABC, I created a mailbox called DEF. When I receive mail
in the DEF mailbox, I want the staff person to reply and I wan it to look
like it is coming from DEF and not ABC. How do I make this happen. Thanks

You need to grant the staff person Send As permission on the DEF mailbox and teach them how to display the From field and put DEF into it.
