Other users subfolders

Is there a way of getting access to the subfolders created by another user in
their INBOX without manually assigning the same permissions over and over to
all 50 folders? I have full permissions to their INBOX, but can't see any
subfolders - I can't add the inbox to my folder list as you can only do this
if the permissions have been set in active directory I think.

How can I view these folders?
