Otlk 2k7 Voicemail tab

We jsut started using the UM feature of Exchange 2k7. Our cleint machines
are using outlook 2k7.

When a user tries to open the Voice Mail tab in Tools\Options, the following
error is given.
"The Microsoft Exchagne Unified Messaging service cannot be contacted to
cahnge voice mail options. Try agian later. if this problem continues,
contact your Exchange administrator or support organization."
Nothing appears in the Event logs. The UM service IS running and
functioning properly. meaning it takes and delivers messages and users can
acces them thru the INbox or telephone.

What is this piece looking at on the server? what access does it require?

You might have better success posting this to an Exchange group as this
function derives from Exchange, not Outlook. The best place to start would
be microsoft.public.exchange.admin or .clients.
