Otlook 2003

Whenever I open my Outlook 2003, I get the following message ' The addin
"DCCEXT32.DLL" could not be located. The problem may be resolved by using
Detect and Repair on the help menu. I did that, still I get the same
message. I reinstalled Outlook, still the problem persists. Any help will
be appreciated. Thanks
