While trying to access help in Word 2000 on XP home SP2 I sometimes get a
message somewhat as follows:
Title bar = VBSCRIPT Microsoft help
“Help can’t show you this procedure because security setting in browser are
set too high OR activex control OUACTRL.OCX didn’t install correctly. Ask
administrator for troubleshoot help.â€
Well, I’m the owner/administrator and when I set the security in EI 6 to low
it automatically returns to medium and I have the same result, the
troubleshooting is complete blank to me, I have no idea what to do now. Any
and all advice is welcome.
I do not really see what the EI settings have to do when the browser is not
loaded?
