Oulook 2001 spell check settings on OSX

Hi,

When I try to use the spell check in my mail doc. I get an error
message:

"The spelling operation could not be completed. The spelling checker
could not be started. Some components are either missing or
incorrectly configured. See your administrator."

How can I get the spell check to work?
