When launching Outlook (or as soon as a profile is selected), the app "hangs"
and the splash screen is shown for a lotlonger than normal, Once up and
running, the app behaves normally. CPU usage is normal at all times.
I've tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps
- created a new profile with no email accounts
- ran outlook on same PC with different user account
- ran scanpst.exe on all .pst files, no errors detected
- ran in Outlook /safe mode
- deleted the outlook command bar dat files
- Ensured that "MSN Messenger" integration is disabled
- Ensured all add-ins are disabled
It's only appeared since the january MS patches .... anyone any suggestions?
