Oultlook 2001 PAB

Help! I need to take a PAB file, created in Outlook 2001, and import that into Entourage 2004. The PAB file was created on a G3 Mac, OS 9.2.2, and I'm using Entourage 2004 on a G5 using OS 10.3.9.
Any ideas?

Nothing to my knowledge will import or convert an Outlook 2001 PAB file.

Microsoft no longer offers Outlook 2001 for download, although you could
probably find it somewhere on the Interweb. I have an empty profile that
should allow you to launch Outlook here

but I've never tested it with a PAB.

Even if you could open it I have no idea how you could transfer the
information beyond copy/paste. I'm not sure what export features would
be available to you.
